Quail Coalition & Park Cities Quail

Inspired by his first wild quail hunt in Texas, Joe Crafton established the Dallas chapter of Quail Unlimited with his friend, Rusty Rice. Following the resounding success of their inaugural dinner in 2007, it was obvious that retaining the funds within Texas was a top priority. Consequently, Crafton proceeded to establish a separate 501c-3 organization named Quail Coalition.

Presently, Quail Coalition boasts a network of twelve chapters spanning Texas and Oklahoma. Quail Coalition has contributed over $30 million to quail conservation and education endeavors, supporting research organizations within the region.

Park Cities Quail Coalition (PCQC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization run by a group of Dallas area volunteers who are passionate about our sporting tradition and are determined to make it available to future generations. By being completely volunteer, we are able to donate virtually 100% of every dollar raised towards quail research and youth education. In the past ten years this group of individuals has raised and donated over $10,100,000 directly to our cause! PCQC also spawned Quail Coalition, a statewide organization which now boasts 13 chapters and over 4,000 members.
